The coffee here is the real deal. The staff knows how to pour a good shot and the milk is steamed properly. They also serve traditional sized drinks so this is the place to find a nice small cappuccino. Besides the smooth coffee, it is on the main drag and is full of natural light. Perfect for people watching.

This is an old fashioned coffee shop on the main drag in Nelson, British Columbia. We were going to Ainsworth Hot Springs and we came back down to town to do some shopping and stopped in-- they have very good pastries, excellent medium roast coffee, nice seating -- but that block is a bit sketchy because of a local mission I think, just be aware of your surroundings-- but Great coffee shop!

I love the interior! It looks scandinavian, my favorite look.
The coffee is really good, i ordered a cappuccino and it tasted great. If you want to, you can sit outside.

Wonderful espresso, service with a smile. What more could you want in a coffee shop. They seem to take the proper care in crafting their espresso drinks and I was in serious like from sip one. Heading back for a mocha to go on he way out of town and will definitely hit it up if we ever find ourselves back here in Nelson.

Cool little atmospheric cafe, with tons of charm right in the heart of Baker Street. This is a great place for a first date, or to catch up with a friend. They even have a really lovely outdoor seating area.
One star deducted because I have a real pet peeve when *EVERY* baked-good in a cafe is some uber-healthy, hippy bullshit. I mean, really? Vegan-grain-free-black bean brownies? Fuck off.
